We want to make managing your website subscription as straightforward and transparent as possible. Below is our clear, plain-English breakdown of how our billing, cancellation, and refund policies operate in accordance with South African consumer guidelines.


1. Month-to-Month Subscriptions

Sling operates on a predictable, recurring monthly subscription model. All billing runs in South African Rand (ZAR) to protect our merchants from exchange rate fluctuations. There are no long-term contracts, exit fees, or hidden setup penalties.

2. How to Cancel

You can cancel your Sling subscription at any time. To cancel:

  1. Send an email to jordanscarrott@gmail.com.
  2. Include your account details (such as your registered merchant email address and site name).

Once received and processed by our support team, we will confirm your cancellation via email.

3. Billing Cycle & Platform Access

Upon cancellation, your subscription will not terminate immediately:

  • Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current monthly billing cycle.
  • You will retain full, uninterrupted access to the Sling platform features and your live website until that final date.
  • No further recurring charges will be processed against your payment method.

4. Refund Stance

Because we maintain full platform access for the entire billing period after you request cancellation, we do not provide partial refunds or credits for any unused or partial-month subscription periods.
